We asked 10 Parents to Try FluffyWeight. Here's What They Said.
Recent scientific studies show that deep pressure stimulation, such as with with a therapeutically weighted stuffed animal, is scientifically proven to produce a calming and relaxing effect to reduce anxiety.
To find out if FluffyWeight had the same effect, we hired neuroscientist Dr. Cindy Hovington, PhD, founder of Curious Neuron, to run a 4-week experimental focus group with 10 parents of children with anxiety or sensory challenges, living across the United States. (Participants received a FluffyWeight at no charge, but were not paid to participate or for their answers.)
